Charles Otoo, General Manager
Charles was until recently the General Manager of Banking Operations at HFC Bank. He has over 25 years banking experience and has worked with Barclays Bank Ghana Limited. He holds an EMBA (Strategic Management) from the Paris Graduate School of Management. He is a fellow of the Institute of Financial Services, UK. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers Ghana.
Ebenezer K. Nunoofio, Risk Manager
Mr. Nunoofio was recently Head, Credit Policy in charge of Retail Credit Risk with Barclays Bank Ghana Limited. EK has 36 years banking experience with BBGL in various positions. He is a Professional Member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers
Holder of International Executive MBA (Strategic Management) from Paris School of Management.
Francis Owusu, SME Manager
Mr. Owusu received his MBA from Columbia University and Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Rutgers University in the US.
Francis was a General Manager at Bedrock Venture Capital Financing Company
He has 15 years experience in the Telecom & Aerospace industry.
Catherine Evans-Totoe, HR Manager
Mrs. Evans-Totoe received her Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences (Law, Sociology) from the University of Science and Technology in Kumasi and ICSA from London School of Accountancy. Her experience includes overseeing human resources at various organizations including Databank Financial Services Limited and most recently with BCM Ghana Limited, a mining contracting company.
Gaikpa K Jacob, Credit Manager
Mr. Gaikpah received his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Ghana and his MBA from Southern New Hampshire University.
Gaikpa has worked over 10 years in consumer banking, both in Ghana and in the USA. His experience includes managing the debt recovery function at Standard Chartered Bank (Ghana).
Samuel Evans Amaning, Microfinance Manager:
Mr. Amaning obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Sociology from the University of Ghana, Legon. Samuel has worked with women’s World Banking - Ghana, ECLOF Ghana and Manya Krobo Rural Bank as Credit Manager, Head of Loans and Credit Manager respectively for over 7 years.
Samson K. Dotse, Accounting Manager
Mr. Dotse was most recently the Manager, Finance and Treasury at Crest Finance House Limited. Prior to this he was the Internal Auditor at Ejura-Sekyere District Assembly and Asutifi and North Tongu Rural Banks as the Operations Manager and Assistant Manager.
Samson is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana.
Samuel Quao, Head – Internal Audit
Mr. Quao obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Ghana, Legon. Samuel was most recently Head of Internal Audit at Export Development and Investment Fund and prior to that worked as a Senior Consultant at Ernst and Young Ghana. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (Ghana).
Mr. Komevor Tettegah, Head, Compliance
Mr. Tettegah obtained his Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Cape Coast and a Diploma in Education from the same institution. His most recent appointment was General Manager, Pacific Savings and Loans Limited having previously worked as a Relieving Manager with the Bank of Ghana for 7 years.
Makafui Gbedemah, Training and Development Manager
Makafui obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Ghana and a Masters Degree in Public Policy and Management from the University of London, Birkbeck College, UK. Makafui was most recently Head of Training and Development and prior to that worked as Skills Development Officer at Look Ahead Housing and Care, London. She has part qualification as a Chartered Secretary (ICSA)
Ernest Gemadzie, Head of Legal
Ernest is a qualified lawyer of 13 years standing at the Bar. He received his legal education at the University of Ghana and undertook a number of postgraduate courses locally and abroad. Ernest was most recently the Deputy Head of the Legal Department and Ag. Company Secretary at Intercontinental Bank Ghana Ltd and prior to that worked at the Attorney General’s Department and Nestle West Africa.
Hilda I Nkansah, Relationship Manager
Hilda obtained an MBA in Project Management from the University of Ghana. Hilda was most recently Head of IT at Total Ghana Ltd and prior to that Hilda had held other positions in FN as Branch Manager and Internal Auditor. She also worked at Delloite and Touché as an I.T. Consultant. She has rich experience in Banking and Information Technology.
Joseph Takyi Yeboah, Ag. Operations Manager
Joseph obtained an MBA (auditing) from the Graduate School of Research (IPS). Joseph was most recently the Money Laundering Reporting Officer at Barclays Bank Ghana Ltd. He has a total of over 27 years in the Banking industry occupying different positions from Branch Management to Compliance. He is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers, Ghana and ACAMS
